The Canoe England Coaching Service has announced the Programme for this year’s Coaching Conference, which will take place at Alexandra House, Swindon SN4 0QJ on the 23rd and 24th November 2013.

There are 28 workshops on offer, including both indoor and water-based sessions as well as the pilot course for the BCU Stand Up Paddleboard Support Module.

The programme also includes the following Guest Speakers:

Deb Pinniger on Inspiring and understanding young peoples’ lasting involvement in paddlesport: value, trust and cooperation: Saturday 9.30am

Julian North on Understanding participant and performer wants and needs: a new segmentation approach to inform paddlesport environments, activities and coaching: Saturday 2.00pm

Chris Hodgson on Understanding motivation, participation and reward structures in adventure sport: Saturday 5.15pm

You can book your place on this event by completing a 2013 Conference Booking Form. Early booking is advised, as Canoe England have had unprecedented interest in the event and places on some workshops may be limited.
