The Lee Valley White Water Centre has now closed its courses to the public in advance of the London 2012 Olympics, but we sure had some fun whilst the centre was open.
Many local canoe clubs made block bookings of the courses, outside of normal operating hours. This allowed kayakers of all abilities to sample the waters, without having to first pass the Lee Valley tests for the Legacy and Olympic white water courses.
This short, fun video shows members of Regents Canoe Club making the most of the Legacy course, with plenty of upside down action.
