British Rafting are hosting a Youth and Junior Selection weekend at Lee Valley’s Olympic White Water course on 23rd and 24th of February. Any young paddlers keen to get involved in raft racing are invited to come along.
British Rafting are hoping to create a team of paddlers to represent Great Britain at the World Championships being held in New Zealand in November 2013. If you are interested, or know of any young paddlers (under 19s or under 23s) who might like to take part, please email britishraftracing@rocketmail.com
There is also a Masters (overs 40s) category which currently has no Ladies team. British Rafting wants to get GB represented in every class, so if you’re interested, please get in touch via britishraftracing@rocketmail.com
