National go Canoeing Week gives everyone the chance to try out canoeing!

Go Canoeing is a nationwide initiative run by Canoe England, with the aim of providing a simple pathway of opportunities for you, your friends and your family to get out on the water and discover the variety and enjoyment canoeing has to offer.

Regardless of your age and ability there is a range of Go Canoeing activities to suit you.

Over the last few years Canoe England’s Go Canoeing Days have been very successful; increasing in popularity and demand. Thanks to the help and support from clubs and centres nationwide, last year over 100 events provided the opportunity for more than 5,500 people to be introduced to canoeing.

Led by BCU coaches, the sessions will provide a good introduction to the sport in a fun, social and managed environment. The starter sessions are for those new to, or returning to the sport.
